FOLKLORE AND EVENTS

On May 14th the inhabitants of Capri celebrate San Costanzo with a feast and a religious procession. This procession was the bone of contention between the inhabitants of Capri and Anacapri because the latter opposed Sant’ Antonio to San Costanzo.

Very characteristic is the singing and dancing of which the tarantella is very popular.
